Kylie has really started to get a personality lately. It's so fun to be with her all the time so I can see each side of her...we went to the grocery store and put her on the scale for weighing fruits and vegetables because I wanted to see how much she weighed. (a little less than 17 lbs fully dressed) but we took a picture while we were there and sent it to my mom who loved it and asked if Lauren would make a clock out of it so we went back to the store to get a good non-phone pic. Kylie is a complete ham when she sees the camera! This is one of many awesome faces we snapped!
I made my very first turkey this year for Thanksgiving! Since Rob worked on Thanksgiving we stayed at home and I made my first turkey dinner! We had some good friends of ours come over and had a blast! And it turned out pretty tasty :) After everything was eaten and cleaned up I headed up to Nephi for some black friday shopping and Nielson family time. Black friday is down, and I was lucky enough to get everything that I wanted and needed! and some things that I don't really need but just got anyways. :) I'm helping the economy right? Gary and the boys were awesome and watched Kylie so I could shopping while Rob worked. Being a nurse is lame because you work holidays. But the Nielsons are awesome and let me come up and spend the weekend with them anyways. Rob is down to his last paper and one more assignment and then will graduate in 3 weeks and we couldn't be more excited!! As fas as life after that...we'll take it as it comes :) we don't have any definite plans yet. We are applying to different places that will give him some different experiences and get him out of the nursing home situation. We are so grateful that he has a job but are looking for something better. (i'm thinking the grass is greaner on the other side?) Kylie turns one in a few weeks and I can't believe it. While on a deer drive the other day I was holding my belly, which is growing rapidly, and then I looked over at Kylie and realized that it was only 12 months ago that we were doing the same thing, except we were waiting for her to come. Time goes by so fast! :) I love it! Maybe I'll get a belly picture up some time, its sad but I don't even have a picture of it yet and I'm 28 weeks...time is going by so fast but its fun.
